Alpine ski racer Bode Miller, who is a six-time Winter Olympics medalist, is facing two misdemeanor drug charges in Idaho.

According to records initially spotted by TMZ Sports and confirmed by Complex, Miller was arrested on June 6 on one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Per TMZ, the probable cause affidavit in Miller’s case said that he had 4.1 grams of psilocybin mushrooms on him when he was busted.

He was released from custody shortly after posting a $5,000 cash bond. Miller has entered not guilty pleas to both counts. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 29.

Miller is the most decorated American male skier and previously won the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in 2005 and 2008. He won six medals in the Winter Olympics, including a gold medal in the combined alpine skiing event. He officially retired from ski racing in 2017.

He made his debut at the Winter Olympics in 2002, taking home two silver medals, but later failed to make the cut for the Winter Olympics in 2006. At the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, he won three of his Olympic medals. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, at age 36, Miller won a bronze in the super-G and became the oldest individual alpine skiing medalist in Olympic history.

In addition to being crowned the World Cup champion two times, he won a total of four World Championship golds and 33 World Cup races. He’s one of only five skiers in the world who have won medals at the Winter Olympics in four different disciplines.
