Haley Joel Osment was arrested for public intoxication stemming from an incident at the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area resort in California last week.
Authorities received a call on April 8, shortly before 2 p.m., regarding an intoxicated individual at the resort, as reported by TMZ. When officers arrived, Osment was accompanied by ski patrol. The 37-year-old actor was booked for public intoxication and possession of an unidentified controlled substance.
Osment was released shortly after his arrest.
The Sixth Sense star now awaits whether or not the Mono County D.A. will prosecute his case.
Osment was 18 when he was charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana while driving after losing control of his vehicle and colliding with a brick pillar in the early morning hours of July 20. He suffered a shoulder injury and a broken rib from the accident.
Osment pleaded no contest and was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to spend 60 hours in an alcohol rehabilitation and education program. He was also required to attend at least 26 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings over the course of six months.
