- Jon Lovitz shrugged off Crystal Hefner calling him “one of the biggest pervs” in Hollywood, saying, “Any time someone says I’m No. 1, it’s a compliment.”
- The SNL alum praised Hugh Hefner’s generosity rather than directly addressing Crystal’s claims that he regularly lurked at the Playboy Mansion and ogled women.

Jon Lovitz apparently doesn't consider being called one of Hollywood's biggest "pervs" much of an insult. The former Saturday Night Live star responded to Crystal Hefner's allegations about his behavior at the Playboy Mansion by treating her criticism like a compliment.
"Any time someone says I'm No. 1, it's a compliment," Lovitz told a photographer while leaving a Los Angeles restaurant, per footage obtained by Page Six. The 69-year-old comedian was responding to Hugh Hefner's widow, who recently described him as a frequent visitor to the Playboy Mansion and accused him of spending his time there ogling women.
When asked whether he spent his visits lurking around the property, Lovitz didn't directly address Crystal's account. Instead, he defended the late Playboy founder.
"Hugh Hefner was one of the nicest, most generous people I've ever met and all of his friends know it," Lovitz said. "That's all I have to say about that."
Crystal had considerably more to say about Lovitz during the latest episode of the Lisa Guerrero Unleashed podcast, where she called the SNL alum "one of the biggest pervs" in Hollywood.
"He would be up there all the time," she recalled. "His eyes would go front to back [looking at] all the women that walked through the door at the party."
She also described Lovitz as a "lurker" and complained that his dog frequently urinated around the mansion.
"I remember him. Every time, every party," she said.
Lovitz wasn't the only Hollywood personality Crystal discussed. She previously claimed Jack Nicholson treated the Playboy Mansion like a personal "drive-thru," stopping by for food and other amenities before leaving. Bill Maher, Motown founder Berry Gordy, and astronaut Buzz Aldrin were also among the celebrities she said visited.
But Crystal's latest interview wasn't limited to stories about famous men hanging around the mansion.
During the same podcast appearance, she accused Hugh Hefner of repeatedly sexually assaulting her throughout their relationship. She also alleged witnessing the Playboy founder pressure other women into sexual acts they did not want to perform. Those allegations have not been independently verified.
The accusations come amid an ongoing dispute over Hefner's private archives, which Crystal has been challenging since earlier this year.
Crystal raised concerns that some photographs may have been taken without informed consent, including images potentially involving underage girls.
Hefner's sons, Cooper and Marston, publicly rejected those allegations, insisting they had reviewed the materials extensively without encountering inappropriate images of minors. They also suggested preserving the collection through a museum or university partnership.
Crystal subsequently challenged their statements on Instagram.
She also rejected the suggestion that the materials should become publicly accessible.
"They can put their own naked bodies in a museum, not ours," she wrote.
Hugh Hefner died in 2017 at age 91. Crystal, who married the Playboy founder in 2012, has continued speaking publicly about her experiences at the mansion and the treatment of women within his circle.
