UPDATED 11/4/26, 5:00 p.m. ET: Disney has shared with Complex an exclusive first look at their full Gustaf Westman lineup, and it goes well beyond Mickey. Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto all get the Westman treatment across glassware, vases, mirrors, apparel and furniture. Standouts include a Goofy hat stool, a vase shaped like Mickey’s shorts, a towering Pluto floor mirror, and a sofa modeled after Mickey’s shoe. Minnie also gets her own pink versions.
Prices start at $20 for enamel pins, while a hoodie with Mickey ears runs $140. After pop-ups in Tokyo (Nov. 6–8) and New York (Nov. 13–15), the collection launches Nov. 15 on Westman’s website and at Beams in Japan.
“What I loved about working with Disney was that every character gave me something completely different to play with,” Gustaf Westman told Complex. “Mickey has these incredibly simple, iconic shapes, while Donald, Goofy and Pluto all have their own colors, silhouettes and details that could be pulled apart and reimagined through my design language. Minnie was especially fun because she has such a strong sense of style and personality, and I loved translating that into pieces ranging from smaller objects like the cup through to something as bold as the sofa. I’m really excited for people to finally see the full collection together, and to experience it in person when we bring the pop-up to New York next week.”

Gustaf Westman says collaborating with Disney has felt like “a very natural creative match” from the very beginning.
Monday (Oct. 12), Disney and the Swedish designer gave the world a first look at a new collection inspired by Mickey & Friends. The palette here is wide, encompassing everything from furniture to apparel. The full collection won’t be unveiled until the kickoff of a Paris pop-up on Oct. 30, followed by additional events in Tokyo and New York in November.
“When it came to sketching ideas and exploring how a silhouette or color of a character could meet my own design language, there was so much overlap between these recognizable silhouettes and my signature work,” Westman said in a statement shared with Complex. “It felt like two worlds coming together in a way that felt genuine and effortless. There’s so much joy and playfulness associated with these characters, and I wanted to capture some of that feeling in every piece.”
Among the initial unveilings are the Mickey Mouse Cup in black ceramic and the Mickey Mouse Sofa in black leather.
Below, get a closer look at the pieces, including via campaign shots captured at Disneyland Paris for which Westman was styled by Harry Lambert. The collection will be available to shop online starting Nov. 15.
The Gustaf Westman reveal comes after fans got a look at a new Disney collection from The Hundreds co-founder (and Global Creative Director of Disney Consumer Products) Bobby Kim. Dubbed the “Baddies” collection, the assortment of tees takes inspiration from early-2000s Japanese streetwear, with an emphasis on both outright villains and generally misunderstood characters. That collection, seen here, launches later this week.
