Is This the NHL's Best Hit of the Year? P.K. Flips Over Ovie

A clean hip check, successfully executed, is a beautiful thing. Witness Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban getting flipped up and over by Ovie in the third period of last night's Habs-Caps game, which Montreal eventually won in a shootout. Subban later called it the "best hit of the year," which we'll co-sign—2011 is only a month old, anyway.
