There were quite a few people in the world of sports who had a really tough time over the course of the last seven days. But we can guarantee you that none of them expressed the pain that they felt last week quite like Chris Paul. Last Tuesday night, CP3 made two of the worst mistakes of his entire NBA career when he turned the ball over not once, but twice in the final 13 seconds of the Clippers' game against the Thunder. It ended up costing his team the contest. And afterwards, CP3 looked so distraught at the podium during his post-game press conference that he appeared as though he was going to cry at any moment. It was truly heartbreaking and forced us to put together a list of the saddest press conference struggle faces in recent NBA history.
CP3 wasn't the only sports-related person who felt like crying last week, though. His coach Doc Rivers did, too. So did a certain former NFL player who got in trouble again despite being behind bars. You know what's worse than getting denied entry into a nightclub? Getting denied entry into a nightclub because your soon-to-be ex-wife is inside with her new boyfriend. And that's exactly what happened to Odom when he tried to get into the Penthouse nightclub in West Hollywood last week. As Chris Brown's "Loyal" blasted through the club's speakers, the establishment's bouncers told Odom he couldn't go inside because Khloe Kardashian was partying with French Montana. Damn.
Marshall Henderson

There were a lot of people who weren't happy to see Michael Sam kissing his boyfriend during the 2014 NFL Draft on ESPN last weekend. But most of them weren't famous. One famous person who did speak out against the kiss, though, was former Ole Miss basketball player Marshall Henderson. He took to Twitter and said he was disgusted by it and promised to boycott ESPN until they stopped showing it. Then, as if that wasn't lame enough, he tried to say that he was simply conducting a "social experiment" for his gay friend when he sent out the tweet. Either way, people weren't happy with what he wrote.

The Panthers defensive end—who goes by the nickname "Da Kraken"—unleashed a pretty scary side of himself last week when he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend during a domestic dispute. According to a police report, Hardy got very upset when his girlfriend told him about how she used to date rapper Nelly. And he allegedly responded by throwing her onto a pile of guns, threatening to shoot her, and physically attacking her. His NFL future is now in doubt as a result of the alleged assault.

Did the Clippers get robbed in Game 5 of the Oklahoma City/Los Angeles playoff series last Tuesday night? Probably. The referees made a very questionable call towards the end of the game. But CP3 didn't do the Clips any favors when he turned the ball over twice during the final 13 seconds of the contest and essentially gave the game to the Thunder. It was one of the worst late-game performances of his career and will likely leave a bad taste in his mouth for the entire offseason.

Chris Paul wasn't the only person who was visibly upset after the Clippers lost to the Thunder in Game 5 of their best-of-7 playoff series. Rivers wasn't sad, though. Rather, he was pissed about some of the calls that the NBA's referees made during the game. He went on and on and on about the calls and was actually so critical of the zebras that the NBA later fined him $25,000. Still, we're guessing that Game 5 loss hurt a lot more than the fine did.

The Johnny Manziel era is officially underway in Cleveland. That's good for Johnny Football and all of the Browns fans out there. But it's bad for Young, who was signed by the Browns earlier this month and then promptly cut as soon as the team decided to draft Manziel. It may have been his final opportunity to play in the NFL.

The Thunder were able to knock off the Clippers in Game 6 of their best-of-7 playoff series on Thursday night to advance to the Western Conference Finals. But in doing so, they lost Ibaka for the remainder of the 2014 NBA Playoffs due to a calf injury. And that may ultimately cost them a trip to the NBA Finals.

According to TMZ Sports, the Jets defensive coordinator was at a restaurant in New Jersey on Wednesday when he attempted to buy a drink for a woman. She turned it down, though, and he reportedly got very upset and responded to the rejection by slapping the woman across the face. The woman wasn't injured, but she did file a police report.

The price of WWE stock took a huge tumble on Thursday and Friday and McMahon lost some money. Er, make that a lot of money. In total, he lost about $350 million within a 24-hour period. Will he make some of that money back? Sure. But anytime you go from being a billionaire to not being a billionaire, it's safe to say you had a bad week. By billionaire standards anyway.

In addition to the Odin Lloyd murder charges that are still hanging over his head, Hernandez was also just indicted for allegedly taking part in a drive-by shooting in Boston back in July 2012 that resulted in the deaths of two men named Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado. He'll be officially finished if all this turns out to be true. Hernandez was really out here puttin' in work?
