This is probably not the first piece of tape that safety Shamarko Thomas wanted to add to his NFL resume. But, in spite of the technical difficulties he suffered at the end of his 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, he still managed to run a 4.42, which was best amongst all safeties. That face plant had to hurt, though.
