European sneaker retailer Footpatrol has an upcoming collaboration with Asics that includes special packaging for the first 25 customers that show up to its Parisian and London physical locations.
The Footpatrol x Asics drop features the Gel-Saga silhouette in a "Gundam" colorway that pays homage to the famous Japanese anime of the same name.
The 1991 sneaker features a special cream colorway with a suede and leather upper. White mesh underlays and metallic blue Asics logos bring the sneaker together. Footpatrol's special in-store setup includes a life-size mecha holding the shoe .
The sneaker drops in store on July 28 followed by a wider release on Aug. 11 online at Footpatrol.com.
