Here's a Preview of Jalen Brunson Playing a Detective in 'Law & Order: SVU'

NBA Finals MVP and captain of the New York Knicks, Jalen Brunson, is set to appear on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and a new teaser has given us a preview of what to expect.

The teaser is brief, but it does show that Brunson will portray a detective in the upcoming episode, which is titled “Forsaken.” The episode is scheduled to premiere on NBC on Thursday (Nov. 5), and sees Mariska Hargitay’s Olivia Benson recruiting Brunson for some help in an investigation.

Just last month, Brunson made his acting debut when he hosted the Season 52 premiere of Saturday Night Live. He was joined by his Knicks teammates Karl-Anthony Towns, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby, and Josh Hart during his opening monologue. He also made a cameo during the Emmys opening last month, joining Knicks superfan and ceremony host Mariska Hargitay.
