During a Kick livestream on Monday (Nov. 2), Akademiks shared images from a text thread that apparently showed an unidentified woman’s attempt to get to New York to attend one of Drake’s parties.
Around the hour and 20-minute mark in the livestream, AK explained that the woman wanted to attend but wasn’t invited—so he told her she could pull up anyway.
“If you land, I’ll send you a car and try to get you in,” he recalled telling her.
According to AK, the woman then flew from Fort Lauderdale to New York but didn’t land until around 10 p.m. By that time, Drake had allegedly left the building, and Akademiks revealed he was drunk.
After the woman showed up, she sent AK a flurry of messages revealing she was upset that she’d come and that he didn’t respond to her, calling him “disrespectful” in one specific message.
