Cardi B is setting the record straight after a blogger allegedly claimed that a man knocked out the rapper’s tooth.
Bardi pushed back against the rumor during a X Spaces livestream on Saturday (June 20) and called out the unnamed blogger who made the claim.
“Why you lying and saying that a n**** touched me and knocked my [tooth] out?“ Cardi said during the livestream. “First of all, I don't give a fuck if I'm beefing with a n***a, if I hate a n***a—one thing I'm not going to do is go and lie on a motherfucker. A n***a never even laid a nail on me. I don't play that domestic violent bullshit.”
During the livestream, Cardi reflected on her upbringing and relationships, explaining why allegations involving violence particularly angered her. She said she grew up around what she described as "a lot of bullshit" and recalled her father having relationships with “so many bitches.”
“Maybe I feel like that's why I tolerate bullshit from these n****s because I feel like it was so regular … to me growing up,” she explained. “But one thing I never seen my father do was hit and touch my mom. My dad never hit my mom. Even when my mom used to beat the shit out of him in front of us, you know what my dad used to do? Walk away. Just walk away. And that's why one thing I don't tolerate is a n***a touching me.”
She added, “When I had my first boyfriend and I started living with him, and he started laying his hands on me? That's one thing that I say I will never in my life tolerate that again. Anything but that. I do not like getting hit. So why would you sit here and lie and say a n***a knocked my tooth out?”
Cardi then returned to the tooth rumor, questioning why anyone would invent such a story while pointing to her veneers as evidence against the claim.
“Do you know that when you have veneers, if your teeth get knocked out and everything, your whole mouth will have to change?” she explained. “You could see these teeth that I have, I've been having them for years. Every single time you get veneers, I don't give a fuck what anybody say, your mouth looks different.
“Bitch, why would you lie like that? Matter of fact, go ahead and prove it. Why would you be so sick and say that? Post the day when that happened. ‘Cause every single day I take pictures of myself. Go ahead and post the date that that supposedly ever happened.”
Elsewhere in the stream, Cardi blasted the same blogger for allegedly claiming to have photos of her baby son, calling the behavior "sick and twisted.”
Cardi welcomed the child, whom she has not publicly named or shared photos of but nicknamed Baby Brim and Baby Touchdown, with Stefon Diggs in November 2025.
