Remember news of J.Crew selling its shares? Well the rumors and guessing games are over. Two private equity firms, TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners have made a buyout offer and J.Crew shareholders finally approved it last week. The retailer is no longer public and its shares will be taken off of the New York Stock Exchange.
