EVISU is returning to its roots for Autumn/Winter 2026, delivering a new collection that highlights the Japanese denim label's craftsmanship while bringing a contemporary edge to its signature designs.

The Osaka-born brand's latest offering puts its Made in Japan denim front and center, combining traditional construction techniques with updated silhouettes, distressed finishes, and everyday wardrobe essentials. The accompanying editorial campaign, photographed by Tomoaki Shimoyama at Showa-no-ie and in rural Saitama, captures the collection's connection to Japanese heritage.

At the center of the lineup is EVISU's signature 14.5-ounce Tiger Selvedge Denim, a 100 percent cotton fabric distinguished by its yellow selvedge detailing. The material reimagines classic pieces, including a Type II trucker jacket and regular-fit jeans.

Both styles feature heavy washing and pre-shrunk treatments that create a worn-in appearance, complete with natural creasing and honeycomb patterns around the knees. EVISU's recognizable seagull logo also appears, maintaining the brand's signature identity throughout the collection.

Beyond traditional denim, the Autumn/Winter 2026 range expands into a variety of seasonal staples. Oxford shirts, checked shirts, distressed double-knee utility pants, and padded bomber jackets receive different treatments and textures designed to give each piece a lived-in feel.

The collection also introduces a heavyweight denim jacket and matching shorts featuring multiple printed pockets, adding a more colorful approach to the brand's established aesthetic.

Other pieces available through EVISU's online store include the Boro Daicock Selvedge Jeans, Purple Brushstroke Daicock Black Jeans, Tonal Daicock Faux-Denim Down Jacket, and Light Padded Air Peace Satin Souvenir Jacket.

Founded in Osaka in 1991, EVISU built its reputation around Japanese denim craftsmanship and its hand-painted seagull insignia, which originally appeared on the back pockets of its jeans. More than three decades later, the brand still incorporates those elements into collections that balance its heritage with modern streetwear influences.

The Autumn/Winter 2026 release follows previous collections inspired by Y2K fashion and collaborations with brands including Palace, mastermind JAPAN, and roarguns.

For its latest season, EVISU is keeping the focus on the details that helped establish its place in denim culture while experimenting with new textures, treatments, and silhouettes.

The EVISU Autumn/Winter 2026 collection is available now at select EVISU stores worldwide and online at EVISU.com.
