Lily Allen has gone conceptual with her costume for Halloween this year, and she’s done it while still adhering to the white and blue polka dot theming she’s stuck with since releasing her acclaimed 2025 album West End Girl.
In a post on Instagram, Allen showed off her apparent costume, which features a white and blue polka dot puffer jacket that, at first glance, seems like the inverse of the outfit she wore on the cover of West End Girl. However, upon closer inspection, it’s clear that it’s a pattern reminiscent of the Ticketmaster seat selection page.
She completed the look with a bodysuit and a thermometer, captioning the post, “Never beating the allegations #bluedotfever,” thus joining the legion of other stars who have partaken in Halloween 2026 festivities.
Following the release of her album West End Girl, in which she accused her ex-husband David Harbour of having an affair, Allen has been going all out with her outfits. In fact, when she kicked off her West End Girl tour in Glasgow earlier this year, she took to the stage in an outfit featuring the alleged receipts of gifts that Harbour bought for other women.
