Trevor Ariza Talks Becoming a New Orleans Hornet, His Favorite NBA Cities, And More

On to the next one? Yeah, Trevor Ariza knows all about that. Whether it was being traded after his rookie year with the Knicks, or leaving Orlando to win a championship with the Lakers, or dipping out on Mamba and Co. to get his stacks up along with more playing time in Houston—homie's been making moves since day one. His latest transition comes from a summer trade to New Orleans. With the 2010-11 NBA season around the corner, we caught up with Ariza to talk about his busy offseason, playing with Chris Paul, and his favorite things about each of the NBA cities he's played for. Complex: How was your offseason?

Trevor: It was great. I

New York

Seasons: 2004-2006

Trevor says: "You get a chance to experience all of the seasons there. The whole fashion scene is another good plus. With Fashion Week being there, you really get to see styles that aren't out yet."

Orlando

Seasons: 2006-2007

Trevor says: "The weather's great here and the Magic organization is one of the best, too. There's also Disney World—the happiest place on Earth—can't forget about that, either."
