Jameis Winston knows exactly what to say in order to inspire players. When the Auburn Tigers took a 31-27 lead over the Florida State Seminoles with 1:19 remaining in the 2014 BCS Championship Game, Winston delivered the now infamous "Are you strong?" speech to his teammates, and then helped lead the 'Noles to a game-winning drive to capture the title.

Last season, Winston showed that, even as a rookie, he was more than capable of leading a locker room, giving a fiery speech following the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 10-6 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10. Mind you, former head coach Lovie Smith had a no-cursing policy, but that all went out the window when he heard Jameis delivering that heat to his teammates.

So, when FSU went into the locker room at halftime last night down, 28-13, to Ole Miss, Winston knew what he needed to do, and luckily, Showtime's A Season with Florida State Football was able to capture the moment. "We some dogs. Wide receivers, y'all cannot be stopped...the whole game," Jameis told the FSU players. "We got the best running back in the whole damn league. And we got a quarterback that's gonna toss that thing. O-Line, wake up!"

How did the Seminoles respond to Winston's motivational speech? Florida State outscored Ole Miss 23-0 in the third quarter, and went on to convincingly defeat the Rebels, 45-34. Jameis may be two years removed from his collegiate days with FSU, but he wants to see his team succeed, and will undoubtedly do everything in his power to see that happen.
