Never in a million years—or, better yet, 46 years—did we think we'd see the name Joe Paterno and the word "fired" in the same sentence. But thanks to the sex-abuse scandal that's rocked the Penn State campus this week, Joe Pa is officially unemployed and will no longer be a part of the Penn State program. Effective immediately.
Stay tuned. Because even though Paterno's reign at Penn State is over, we're sure that this story isn't.
