A secret book of parody songs circulated by members of the Ohio State University marching band contained a wealth of offensive material, including one song which mocked victims of the Holocaust.
Sharon Terlep of The Wall Street Journal has the details:
A former band member was interviewed for the piece, and was credited with writing a song about Nebraska which included "antigay jokes and references to sex with animals." He essentially said that it was meant only for a few close friends, and that if he knew it would reach a broader audience, he'd be "horrified by those words."
