A month after publicly accusing him of abandoning her during the final weeks of her pregnancy, influencer Lyss Okada has welcomed a baby girl — with Fred Johnson believed to be the father.

The announcement marks a new chapter in a story that has drawn significant attention around the Philadelphia Eagles lineman since their highly publicized split in May.

According to Us Weekly, Okada revealed the birth of her daughter, Akira Jade, in an Instagram post shared on June 21, posting a series of photos documenting the newborn's arrival.

The update arrives just weeks after the social media personality went public with allegations that Johnson forced her out of their home while she was eight months pregnant. Johnson, who is entering another season with Philadelphia after signing a one-year deal earlier this year, has not publicly commented on the birth.

In late 2025, Johnson and Okada jointly announced that they were expecting their first child. The couple later revealed they were having a daughter during a gender reveal celebration.

But their relationship deteriorated in early May, when Okada posted a TikTok video alleging that Johnson had quickly moved on after their breakup. Framing the situation hypothetically, she asked viewers: “If a man were to kick out his 8-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter to then be on Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with, hypothetically you would not think that that type of man is a good man or a good father.”

A few days later, Okada addressed criticism directed at her after the allegations gained traction online. “It’s time to stop blaming women for the partners they choose and start blaming the partners for pretending to be something that they’re not,” she said in another TikTok.

She added that women do not enter relationships expecting deception or harm, arguing that public conversations too often shift responsibility away from the person accused of causing the hurt.

Johnson has not directly addressed Okada’s claims. However, amid the controversy, he shared a message on Instagram Stories that read: “God ain’t bring me this far just to leave me. This too shall pass. I love you all.”
