Key Takeaways

  • Hulk Hogan’s five-bedroom Clearwater Beach mansion sold for $5.9 million, nearly $5.1 million below its original $10.98 million asking price after several reductions.
  • The neighboring three-bedroom cottage, which Hogan used as a guesthouse, also sold for $2.8 million, bringing the two deals to roughly $8.7 million.
  • The Mediterranean-style main residence spans more than 5,000 square feet and features direct beach access, a private elevator, a chef’s kitchen, and Gulf views.

Hulk Hogan's longtime Florida mansion has finally found a buyer, but the $5.9 million sale price is a far cry from what the late wrestling legend's waterfront property was originally expected to fetch.

According to Realtor.com, the five-bedroom Clearwater Beach estate sold for nearly $5.1 million below its initial asking price of $10.98 million. The transaction comes about 15 months after Hogan’s death in July 2025, ending a series of price reductions that began shortly after the property hit the market.

And the mansion wasn't the only piece of Hogan's Florida real estate portfolio to change hands.

Property records show that the neighboring beach cottage, which Hogan purchased in 2016 and used as a guesthouse, also sold for $2.8 million. Together, the two transactions totaled approximately $8.7 million. It remains unclear whether the same buyer purchased both properties.

Hogan originally paid $3.33 million for the larger residence in April 2012, then expanded his Clearwater holdings by buying the adjacent cottage for $1.6 million. Although the properties sat side by side, they remained separate residences.

The main house was listed in January 2026 for $10.98 million, but finding a buyer proved difficult. By April, the asking price had dropped to $8.99 million. Another reduction followed in June, bringing it to $7.9 million, before a September adjustment lowered it to $6.9 million.

The final sale came in another $1 million below that figure.

Despite the steep discount, the property offered amenities associated with Hogan's larger-than-life lifestyle. Spanning more than 5,000 square feet across three stories, the Mediterranean-style mansion featured direct beach access, a private elevator, a chef's kitchen, and approximately 1,500 square feet of outdoor living space.

Its primary suite included a private terrace overlooking the Gulf, an oversized walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom.

The listing, handled by Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty, described the residence as "a true Mediterranean masterpiece" situated along Clearwater Beach's "sugar-white sands."

Meanwhile, the neighboring cottage offered more than 2,000 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and its own swimming pool and spa.

The sale also arrives amid continued interest in Hogan’s estate and the complicated family relationships he left behind.

After his death at 71, court documents revealed that his son, Nick Hogan, was named the sole beneficiary of his father’s fortune, although the Clearwater properties were reportedly excluded from the inheritance. Nick subsequently became a co-personal representative of the estate alongside Terry McCoy.

Hogan's daughter, Brooke Hogan, had been removed from his will in 2023. She has since spoken publicly about their estrangement, including the personal betrayals she says permanently changed their relationship.

When news broke that the mansion was sold, Brooke took to her Instagram Stories with a pointed remark. “Enjoy your dirty money,” she wrote, according to The New York Post. “You took my dad.”

Hogan and his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel, previously held the properties through an LLC. Hogan was married to Sky Daily when he died.
