Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Scott, now has a bench warrant after failing to show up for a court appearance in Michigan this week.

Page Six reports that the warrant was issued after Scott skipped a sentencing hearing on Wednesday (June 24) that was tied to a February hit-and-run. Alongside requesting the warrant, prosecutors moved to forfeit Scott's $10,000 pre-trial release bond.

The DUI case stems from a May 13 incident near Detroit, where Scott allegedly struck a vehicle before being pulled over. Detective Sgt. Joseph Feld of the Chesterfield Township Police Department confirmed the collision, noting no injuries were reported, according to Click On Detroit.

Officers who responded described Scott as unsteady on her feet, with slurred speech and a strong smell of alcohol. A roadside breath test returned a BAC of .204, and follow-up tests at the station came back at .176 and .181, all well above Michigan's legal limit of .08.

Bodycam footage captured Scott telling an officer, "When I came around the corner, there was a truck coming high beam at me... I swerved out of the way and I clipped a parked car." The officer responded, "You're slurring really bad." A separate officer told her directly, "You're .20. You're almost three times the legal limit."

Scott acknowledged that she’d been drinking earlier that day, but claimed that she hadn’t recently. After she performed some field sobriety tests, she was arrested.

Because the May arrest represented her third DUI offense, Michigan law elevated the charge to a felony.

In a February incident, Scott allegedly struck a parked Dodge Ram pickup truck in a white Range Rover, pushing the vehicle roughly 50 feet, before leaving the scene and crashing into her own garage door. Her son Parker and three of his friends were in the car at the time. Police reports from that night state she told officers she had two margaritas at Chili's before driving.

On May 11, Scott pleaded no contest to operating while impaired and failure to stop after a collision in that case. Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido stated at the time, "Driving under the influence is not a lapse in judgment; it is a deliberate decision that puts every person on the road at risk."
