Ubisoft's touring "Art of the Assassins" gallery opened in LA last night, and as promised, we were on hand to act extremely professional and not dress up like we were from the 1700s and take ridiculous photographs. And if we had done that, well, you lot wouldn't get to see them anyway.
Given the patriotic nature of Assassin's Creed 3, which concerns itself entirely with the period before, during and after the American Revolutionary War, it comes as no surprise that Ubisoft has teamed up with Rock the Vote this fall.
The voter registration organization will be offering Assassin's Creed 3 demos on its nationwide college tour, and all of the proceeds from the "Assassins" art—which will be auctioned off at the end of the gallery's nationwide tour—go straight to Rock the Vote.
At the opening in LA, gamer DJ Skee was on the floor to keep things loud, art was on the walls to keep things interesting, and drinks were on the house—to keep things flowing. Check out our gallery and let us know what you think of Assassin's Creed 3 and Rock the Vote in the comments or on Twitter.
