According to authorities, a man was struck and killed by an L train in Manhattan this morning. The incident occurred at about 7:15 a.m. at the 14th Street and First Avenue station. The victim was struck by an L train headed southbound and pronounced dead at the scene. Police and fire officials were unable to provide more details, but we will offer updates as more information becomes available.
