Khloé Kardashian doesn’t know why some believe that she and Scott Disick are an item.

The reality TV star and podcaster addressed the rumors about Disick, who shares three children with his ex-fiancé, Kardashian’s oldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, on the Thursday (Oct. 22) episode of Khloé In Wonder Land. Kourtney is married to rock drummer Travis Barker, with whom she shares a 2-year-old son, Rocky.

“Oh my god, this Scott thing. I actually sent it to Scott and I was like, ‘Did you know that people think you and I are dating again?’” Kardashian said around the 15-minute mark of the video below. “And he said, ‘Why? Where did this come from?’”

“I have no idea the origin of it. Everything they’ve shown is old stuff,” she continued.

Off-camera, Kourtney mentioned a scene from the latest season of The Kardashians, where Disick and Khloé joked about having a child together. The scene is featured in the show’s season eight trailer.

“That, obviously, is editing, but no, we're not a couple. one, He's the father of my two nephews and niece,” Khloé said, joking that Disick would be considered a stepdad and uncle to her two children with her ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

“Sure, in history, I'm sure that's happened for people, but it's not going to happen here. That's like the main thing,” she continued. “Two, also, he's like my brother. Like my real legit brother. That's weird.”

Also in the episode, Khloé addressed her four years of celibacy and how she’s been hounded about when she’ll have sex again. “I think it is so offensive that anyone is asking me if I've had sex yet. I just find that insane for people to feel that they have that right to even know that information,” she said.

Khloé’s last partner was Thompson, who she split with in 2021 after five years of being on-and-off.
