Just days after joking that her Landman character needed a boyfriend, Michelle Randolph appears to have found plenty of romance in real life.
The 28-year-old actress and actor Glen Powell were spotted packing on the PDA during a June 13 outing in New York City, where the pair held hands, embraced, and shared a kiss. The public display marks the strongest sign yet that the actors are no longer just the subject of speculation.
The romance has been building for months. Randolph and Powell first sparked dating rumors in late 2025 after they were spotted dancing together at Austin's famed Broken Spoke dance hall, where Powell's mother, Cyndy, was also present. According to a source who spoke with People at the time, "He danced with both his mom and Michelle, and the two already seem to be two-stepping experts."
The insider added that the pair were "super cute together and looked quite happy."
Since then, the two have continued turning up together. They were photographed after the 2026 Golden Globes, attended an F1 event together in Los Angeles, and were later seen strolling through Manhattan hand-in-hand.
Ironically, the actress recently admitted that she felt her on-screen alter ego, Ainsley Norris, lacked romance during Season 2 of Landman. Speaking at the Newport Beach TV Fest, Randolph laughed, "Season 2 got a little tiring. I was like, 'Where's the boy?'"
Ainsley spent much of the show's second season focusing on college and cheerleading after previous relationships with Dakota Loving and Ryder Samson fizzled out. Randolph, however, believes that could change when Season 3 arrives.
"It might be fun for season 3," she said. "Going into college, I feel like it's inevitable that she's going to find someone, and I think it'll be fun."
The actress also hinted that she wants viewers to see more of Ainsley's life away from the Norris family. "Who is she with her peers? Who is she with her friends? And maybe a boy," Randolph said.
