The Game went all out for his daughter's Sweet 16, rolling a $300,000 luxury SUV into a Beverly Hills party and letting the pink bow do the talking.
The gift, a Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 adorned with an oversized pink bow, was unveiled Saturday night (Aug. 22) at a celebration for Cali Dream Taylor, who turned 16 on Aug. 21.
A video shows that The Game walked Cali outside with a blindfold over her eyes as family and friends looked on. When the blindfold came off, she climbed behind the wheel and posed with the keys.
Per TMZ, the soirée featured dancing, a photo booth, and a pink crown-topped birthday cake. Los Angeles singer and rapper Kalan.FrFr performed during the celebration, with Cali's siblings among the guests.
The party came two days after The Game dropped The Documentary III, a scheduling overlap he addressed publicly beforehand.
On social media, he quoted Cali's reaction when he told her the album might land on her birthday: "It's okay dad… I know how hard you've worked & how much it means to you so we can do my sweet 16 birthday party & celebrate me tomorrow."
The Game responded to that grace in kind.
"I appreciate & love you so much baby for allowing me to finish what I started so that I can give you 100% today," he wrote. "Happy Birthday to my baby girl. I love being your father & you have always been the perfect daughter to me."
He also teased what the night held in store: "Today we celebrate you baby.. and trust when I say, this will be one of the best days of your life !!!! Watch how I me [sic] & your mother put on for you."
Cali is the daughter of The Game, born Jayceon Taylor, and his ex-fiancée, Tiffney Cambridge. The two have publicly co-parented for years, and The Game previously praised Cambridge as an "amazing parent.”
