BigXthaPlug will be keeping the family close in a massive compound in his home state of Texas.
The Dallas rapper explained the “value” of investing in a 150-acre family compound on the Wednesday (Oct. 28) episode of podcast Club Shay Shay hosted by Shannon Sharpe. Around the 49-minute mark of the interview below, BigX explained that he’s drawn a blueprint for the compound and joked that while his family puts him through “hell,” it would be financially reasonable for them to share a home.
“‘Cause it's like, now I got to deal with [you’re aunt calling for] mortgage, your cousin calling for rent, this person calling for this, light bill, gas bill. Everything already [taken] care of,” he explained. “So that’s one less burden on me.”
“The Largest” rapper added that he’s building a “convention center” for both sides of his family to cook and congregate together. “I got to do ‘cause it's going to be less on me,” he said.
BigX went on to explain that his immediate family and two security guards currently live with him, and the women in his family, including his mother, grandmother and sisters, do not have to work.
“I treat everything like we call our house the kingdom, ‘cause we treat each other like kings and queens,” he said. “They treat me like the king of the palace and I treat them like the queens of the kingdom. That’s how it’s supposed to be.”
Last year, BigX celebrated moving into his first mansion, and he later gave a tour of his home to streamer N3ON.
