Fans of Jay Electronica have been left hungry for a while now. In October of last year, we got one track with "Call of Duty (Modern Warfare)," but besides that, Jay has been mostly known for keeping quiet and popping up in random commercials. It's left a lot of people wondering if he's actually been making any music at all. Well he has, and apparently the new album is finished. He took to Twitter to share the news:
