The last time Kelis released an album in 2010 she was also going through a divorce with then-husband Nas. What a difference four years makes, as the 34-year-old R&B singer is back on track with her music career and offering up her new album FOOD. The project is fully produced by Dave Sitek of TV on the Radio and shares a more mature version of Kelis, though her saucy attitude is still present throughout.
Stream Kelis' FOOD a week early at NPR. The album officially comes out April 22 and is available for pre-order on iTunes.
