After his felony charges in connection with domestic violence allegations were lowered to misdemeanor charges, Rick Ross has given a shoutout to his legal team.
In a recent video shared on his Instagram account, Rozay made sure to show love to two of his attorneys for the work they’ve done. The rapper turned himself in to police earlier this month and was initially charged with battery by strangulation, a felony, and misdemeanor battery charges. Those charges have since been dropped, and he’s facing a misdemeanor charge of battery/domestic violence instead, which he has pleaded not guilty to.

In the initial arrest report, Rick Ross was accused of assaulting his girlfriend following a heated argument at his home in Miami.
"Mr. Ross is innocent," Horenstein responded at the time. "There are serious doubts about this case. These are fabrications. We asked you to hold your judgment and wait because the truth will come out."
Ross was arrested not long after his on-and-off girlfriend, model Jazzma Kendrick, accused him of physical assault. In various posts on her Instagram Stories, she alleged that Rozay saw her as “a punching bag,” and she even shared a photo showing herself with a bruised lip and wrote: "The day Rick busted my lip and the day I left."
