Although legendary rapper Heavy D tragically passed away last November at the age of 44, that doesn't mean his estate from the all-seeing eye of Uncle Sam. According to TMZ, he has a tax lien against his estate to the tune of $43,967.87 for the years 2008 and 2009 from the Franchise Tax Board in California. Hopefully his friends and family can gather around the late icon and take care of this.
