Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been moved into the general population at his new prison facility in Pennsylvania.

According to TMZ, Bureau of Prisons union secretary Jose Rojas confirmed to the outlet that the music mogul is now housed among other inmates at FCI Allenwood following his transfer last week from Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he recently served time in solitary confinement.

The Pennsylvania facility reportedly holds approximately 1,000 inmates, compared with about 4,000 at Fort Dix, which TMZ says potentially makes it easier for staff to monitor his safety.

Combs' representative, Juda Engelmayer, responded to the reported relocation, telling Complex, “If this information is accurate, we're pleased to hear that Sean has returned to general population. His safety and well-being are always important to us, but we have no specific reason to believe he is at risk. We hope he can continue serving his time safely and without unnecessary disruption.”

When reached by Complex, a Bureau of Prisons rep declined to discuss details, citing an agency policy against commenting on “the conditions of confinement for any individual in our custody, including housing assignments.”

Diddy is serving a 50-month prison sentence following his 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related charges. He was acquitted of more serious federal charges involving racketeering and sex trafficking.

Before his transfer, he spent nearly a year at Fort Dix, where he reportedly received multiple disciplinary infractions for fighting and using contraband cell phones.

According to NBC News, Diddy allegedly enjoyed access to alcohol, massages, lavish meals, and a prohibited mobile device containing nude photographs during his incarceration. The reported violations are said to have led to his placement in the Special Housing Unit.

Insider sources also told TMZ that Combs lost 41 days of good time credit, which can help reduce a prison sentence, along with 400 days of commissary privileges. These penalties added to the consequences of his reported misconduct while at Fort Dix.

Diddy’s release date is currently set to March 2, 2028.
