Although cut from different cloths, the artwork of muralist Ricardo Gonzalez, a.k.a. It's A Living, and the paper napkin artist Napkin Killa have a shared interest in hip-hop and street art. At this weekend’s ComplexCon, the two caught up with Complex News anchor Tamara Dhia to talk about their respective approaches to art and what makes ComplexCon such a special event.

Gonzalez made a mural for 1800 Tequila, using language that spoke to his aesthetic: just refined enough. Meanwhile, Napkin Killa explained how he got started illustrating on bar napkins. Something like a cross between a caricature artist and a comic book illustrator Napkin Killa's approach is as unorthodox as his personal fashion. Together, they exemplify the one-of-a-kind collision of worlds made possible at ComplexCon. Check out their interviews in the video above.
