Current Complex cover star Kylie Jenner has been upfront about her fondness for lip fillers for quite some time now. While the rumor factory spent the past few years churning out one story after another about her beauty regimen, Kylie took to the press to set the record straight and praise the Beverly Hills doctor responsible for her signature look. Speaking with Complex, Kylie opened up even more and got surprisingly candid about how her "small" lips made her feel insecure back in middle school.

"This guy I kissed was like, 'Your lips are really small but you're a really good kisser. I didn't think you were gonna be good at kissing,'" Kylie recalled of her earlier years. When talking with Complex about the memory, she crossed her arms and hunched over as if the topic made her a bit uneasy.

"It was so rude," Kylie added. "From then on, I just felt like I saw guys staring at my lips. I felt like no one wanted to kiss me." Kylie previously kept it 💯 about her lips during a heavily tweeted moment on Keeping Up With the Kardashians last year, revealing she had temporary lip fillers but was often hesitant to discuss them during interviews because the public always blew the topic way out of proportion.

Kylie later expounded on her use of temporary fillers, urging anyone interested in the procedure to keep it conservative. "I would recommend that anyone who gets it done go for a filler that lasts only two to four months," Kylie told the New York Times last September. "It's annoying to keep going back, but you have the option of stopping it."
