Rihanna has been renting out her massive fit-for-a-queen L.A. mansion in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood for almost $100,000 a month over the past two years. However, the mansion is back on the market for a cool $14.59 million. The house is listed by Rodeo Reality, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Rihanna's former pad is an 11,000 square foot playground for whoever eventually shells out the cash for it. The mansion includes nine bathrooms and seven bedrooms, but the true highlights come once you step outside. The pool and jacuzzi come with light fixtures and jets that shoot water from the patio and into the pool. There's also a rooftop deck with a built-in barbeque that should come in handy for enjoying the Southern California sun.
Rihanna lived in the mansion for two years, starting in 2012, but moved out in 2014 following a series of trespassing that included break-ins, burglary, and stalking. One 27-year-old man found on the premises claimed to be Rihanna's "future husband," according to Curbed. Rihanna has since moved to an undisclosed location, but she certainly knows how to pick real estate.
The house used in Rihanna's "Bitch Better Have My Money" video was a historic L.A. mansion that previously included residents such as Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe.
After two years renting the Pacific Palisades house, Rihanna is trying to sell it again. She originally put it on the market for $14.995 million in 2014 but has shaved almost $400,000 off the listing.
