Louis V dreams really do come true. Just weeks after teaming with Louis Vuitton's creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, for her Vogue Brazil cover, former Spring Breaker Selena Gomez has been revealed as the face of the French fashion house's Series 5 campaign:

When unveiling her Vogue cover in May, Gomez promised "exciting things coming" with the "brilliant" Ghesquière. She wasn't lying. The Louis Vuitton co-sign, featuring the photographic mastery of Bruce Weber (who also directed the hella classic 1990 Pet Shop Boys video for "Being Boring"), marks Gomez's first major fashion campaign. Ghesquière, formerly a designer for Balenciaga, stepped in as creative director for LV following Marc Jacobs' exit in 2013.

The first peek at LV's Series 5 campaign sees Gomez rocking a perfectly oversized faux fur hat and sheared leather jacket while clutching an LV trunk bag. As noted by Harper's Bazaar, this LV campaign is the logical conclusion of Gomez's ongoing style transformation, first sparked last year when the Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising star enlisted the services of famed stylist Kate Young.

UPDATE 6/17/2016: Gomez shared an additional image from the campaign on Twitter. She added, "Thank you and love you Nicolas Ghesquiere."
