The Kardashians' DASH boutique in Los Angeles was reportedly the target of a firebomb late Monday night. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office, an unidentified man attempted to throw a Molotov cocktail into the store, which is located on Melrose Avenue.

A passerby reportedly called 911 at around 11:20 p.m. Monday after they witnessed the man throw a "lit object" through the front window. The alleged culprit reportedly smashed the front window of the store using a dumbbell before attempting to light the store on fire with lighter fluid. "The front window of the building was damaged, but the fire did not spread to the rest of the building," according to WKYC.

The attack occurred after store hours, so there was no one inside at the time. A reporter for ABC News 7 is reporting that a suspect was taken into custody following the attempted firebombing.

The DASH location in Los Angeles is one of the Kardashians' three retail locations. The sisters opened it in 2012, before expanding across the country with stores in New York and Miami. At this time, it's unclear if the suspect targeted the Kardashian-owned store or if they picked it at random.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Lt. Edward Ramirez told the Los Angeles Times that it isn't uncommon for the police to be dispatched to the store, but it is usually pertaining to crowd control when the famous family shows up.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department declined Complex's request for comment.
