Like most children who grew up in the UK during the '80s and '90s, when we think of Umbro we only associate it with one sport, football. It’s literally in the DNA of English football culture. Their new Spring/Summer 2016 Pro Training Collection is out today and it revamps a series of their classic international kits and pieces from the '90s, just in time for the upcoming Euro 2016 tournament.

Furthermore they've linked up again with The Rig Out to produce the editorial for this year’s collection, accompanied by a beautifully shot short film. Shot in Biarritz, in the South of France, the video tells the story of an English youth on his journey to meet his French girlfriend. Throughout the short film and lookbook we see both the actors/models wearing the new collection, inspired by Umbro’s '90s heyday.

Pieces include a rework of the iconic England jersey from Euro 96 (oh the joy, the ecstasy, the bloody heartache) and Brazil’s World Cup winning kit from 1994.

The Umbro Pro Training Spring/Summer 2016 collection is available now from select retailers including size?. You can watch The Rig Out’s short film above and you can peep the lookbook images in the gallery below.
