Taking family portraits is seldom an enjoyable experience, but some family photos are so uncomfortable that they’re downright hilarious. Such is the driving concept behind AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com, an archive of gawky family snapshots and the site behind the world’s most awkward touring photo exhibition.
Its founders, Michael Bender and Dough Chernack, are curating the exhibit and contributing some of the most hilarious photos from the site's archive. “Awkward Family Photos” will be visiting cities across the US and Canada through the end of 2016, and a complete tour schedule can be found on the exhibit's website.
