Wow, the King of New York is really dead-set on moving to L.A. Word on the street is Jay Z and Beyoncé think the west coast is the best coast to raise little Blue Ivy. But as we've seen over the last few months, dealing with the housing market can be hell even for the wealthy. Last year they lost out on a sweet Beverly Hills mansion when the creator of Minecraft outbid them for a cool $70 million. Then the Carters rebounded, leasing a mansion in Holmby Hills...only to be recently kicked out, because the owner wants to sell.

Now though, they found a new place in the same neighborhood, a dope $45 million crib that once belonged to ex-Dodgers owner Frank McCourt. The place has been empty ever since McCourt sold it to a British billionaire who's never actually in L.A. Now he's leasing to Jay and Bey, who signed a one-year lease for $150,000 a month. Judging from these gorgeous images of the house though, they should really just buy dude out and give Blue some stability. I think they can afford it.
