Harper's Bazaar just released the surprising findings of a recent study conducted by the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada. The researchers found that your brows are more important than any other facial feature when it comes to facial recognition. So, maybe it isn't so bad that women are getting eyebrows implants or receiving eyebrow tinting treatments to get fuller brows. It also makes sense now why Anthony Davis won't shave his unibrow.

The University of Lethbridge showed their subjects 25 images of celebrities without eyebrows, followed by 25 images of celebrities without eyes. That sounds even creepier than the toothless-celebrity memes that were being thrown around a while back on social media.

Participants in the study were able to correctly identify 56 percent of the celebrities shown without eyes, but only 46 percent of the celebrities without eyebrows. Which makes perfect sense, because have you seen this Tumblr called "Celebs With No Eyebrows"? It's creepy AF, and you can hardly recognize anyone.
