After extremely successful runs at both the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and London's Victoria & Albert Museum, "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" has come to a close for the foreseeable future. However, due to the exhibit's success, the V&A has released a short film about the exhibit, according to Dazed.

The short film shows behind-the-scenes footage and details some of the impressive statistics from the exhibit. For example, not only did "Savage Beauty" top overall attendance numbers in the UK, it beat records for advance sales with 84,000 tickets bought before it even opened. It was also the first exhibit to stay open around the clock at the V&A.

"["Savage Beauty"] is, I am proud to say, one of the most unpredictable, dramatic and spectacular exhibitions we have ever staged," V&A director Martin Roth said, according to Dazed. "The response has been phenomenal and has exceeded our expectations in so many ways."
