Instagram and Twitter aren’t the only sites hoping to make online shopping easier. Google recently announced a new plan that will allow customers to purchase products directly from search results. The feature is appropriately dubbed Purchase on Google.

So how does this work? Well, it basically cuts out the middle man during online transactions. You see, rather than searching for a product and then having to register your information on the retailer’s site, Google will handle the whole process for you. Once you’ve provided the site with your personal information, such as billing address and credit card number, it will use that data for all future purchases, making the process a whole lot simpler and much, much faster.

According to Business Insider, when an ad for a product shows up on the search results, users will then tap on the item and be redirected to a microsite, which lists alternative items as well as product reviews. Google also announced a new feature called “conversational voice search,” which will allow people to ask Google Now about specific details of a product—like the megapixels of a camera or maximum resolution of a TV.

Sounds pretty dope and extremely convenient. As of now, only a dozen of retailers are participating in Purchase on Google, but we’re sure that number will explode after it rolls out in the upcoming weeks.
