For the 12th season in a row, the CFDA and Vogue have partnered for the Fashion Fund, which will award three emerging designers with mentoring and financial assistance. Tonight they revealed the 10 finalists who will be competing for the $400,000 prize. The finalists include John Targon and Scott Studenberg of Baja East, Baldwin, Brother Vellies, Cadet, Chris Gelinas, Chromat, David Hard, Gypsy Sport, Jonathan Simkhai, and Thaddeus O’Neil.
Previous winners of the award include Public School, Alexander Wang, and Billy Reid. The winner and two finalists will be selected by a panel of industry experts, and will be announced in November.
