Justin Bieber has been in the pages and on the cover of Vogue and landed a sought-after modeling campaign with Calvin Klein, but his foray into the fashion industry is just beginning. Bieber speaks on his desire to form his own fashion line, learning from Kanye West's failures, and his favorite brands during an interview with WWD

The pop star, who once said "I am fashion," sounds like he's done some growing up while talking about eventually forming his own fashion and streetwear brand. "I just want to make sure it’s perfect and right and take my time with it." he tells WWD. "I know Kanye has been working on his stuff for years and failed and came back and tried again and failed. It’s about trial and error and I don’t know if I’m ready for that yet... I got to make sure I’m ready for the failing part of it because I know that comes with it."

If Bieber can match the success of any of his favorite brands—Calvin Klein, Balmain, and Fear of God, according to WWD—and design the type of things he's into, which he describes as "drapy things, drapy sweaters, layering pieces," then there's room for him in the fashion industry.
