Former Hollywood producer-turned-home developer Nile Niami is creating what will be the world's most expensive house, at $500 million, upon completion, according to Metro.

The incredibly luxe pad, plotted in Los Angeles' Bel Air neighborhood, will cover over 100,000 square feet and set aside 5,000 of that just for the master bedroom. The palatial amount of space is hardly the best part, though. The estate will come with an IMAX theater that can seat 45 people, a nightclub, a "Monaco style" casino, a jellyfish room where one can go and be surrounded by a massive aquarium filled with the creatures, and a 30-car garage. In addition to the main mansion, the property will include three lesser-sized houses, and four pools, one of which is an infinity pool that looks out over the Los Angeles skyline.

Niami set out to create a home with " almost every amenity available in the world," he told Bloomberg. It sounds like this house will accomplish that and much more. If sold for the $500 million asking price, the house will crush the previous world record held by a London penthouse that went for $221 million in 2011.

Whoever purchases the home will also get to brag that they are neighbors to celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Elon Musk.
