If you're unfamiliar with the acronym FOMO, it stands for "Fear of Missing Out," and as a frequent user of the Internet, you may suffer from it. With the way that social media now consumes our lives, it's hard not to check Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram every ten seconds to make sure that some breaking news hasn't gone unliked.

Art Basel Miami Beach 2014 is kind of a big deal right now (catch up here), but not everyone could make it for the fairs, and those who could won't be able to see and experience everything. Artist Jonas Lund has us all covered with his latest online project, Miami Feels, curated by Lindsay Howard and recently launched on New Hive. Described as a "collection of social media posts made by a group of collectors, art advisors, curators, artists, celebrities, and cultural influencers attending Art Basel in Miami Beach," the project features real-time information in the form of text and pictures that flash across the screen.

The Miami Feels project also uses the information gathered to determine the vibe of the areas surrounding Art Basel Miami Beach to determine the "most desirable location." Users can also opt to receive alerts when a "VIP person" shows up. Head over to NewHive to check out the project anytime between now and the end of the fair on Dec. 7.
