Despite all those things you say you're thankful for when it's your turn at the dinner table today, Thanksgiving is really about the grub. For the occasion, illustrator and painter Hannah Rothstein created a limited edition print series of photographed Thanksgiving plates, each styled to show her interpretation of how famous artists would plate their meals. From Piet Mondrian's geometric gravy grid, to Jackson Pollock chaotic splatter of cranberry sauce and corn, the plates accurately reflect each artist's work, and they're also pretty funny.

The series also features plates for Vincent van Gogh, Mark Rothko, Julian Schnabel, and Andy Warhol. A portion of the proceeds from each print sold will benefit the SF-Marin Food Bank. Head to Rothstein's website for more.
