Swiss watch-making brand Tudor—Rolex's little brother brand—is re-launching in the UK after being absent for 12 years.Tudor though, are thankfully fairly accessible for a Swiss made watch, though still start at over £2,000.
The forthcoming collection is the Heritage collection, with each watch inspired by pieces taken from the Tudor archive which goes all the way back to 1926. You can trace the heritage of Tudor right back to the '30s, with the brand's watches becoming involved with Polar expeditions, and deployed by the U.S. and French Navy in the '60s and '70s. The general aesthetics of the watches remain the same, but they are injected with modern touches that give an updated feel.
