Floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping views of the picturesque landscape, and an infinity pool with a private waterslide—this is the most expensive apartment in the world. Located at the top of Monaco's the Tour Odeon, the Sky Penthouse measures 35,500 square feet and comes with an astronomical price tag of $387 million.

And it's not even finished yet.

The Sky Penthouse was developed by Groupe Marzocco, a luxury real estate company, and it towers over 70 apartments at about 557 feet above ground. More than an apartment, the penthouse stretches over five floors, each with its own kitchen and bedroom. The property also includes a private movie theater and sauna in addition to the enviable amenities offered by the Tour Odeon.

The Sky Penthouse is scheduled to be completed Sept. 2014, and when it finally hits the market, it will top London's One Hyde Park ($255 million) for the world's most expensive apartment.
